Returns Policy
We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund within up to 28 days of receiving the order. We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason.
Simply follow the instructions below to return an item:
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive a free returns service and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
- In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order please call 0800 408 0660 or email cs@evergreeninteriors.co.uk with a picture of the damage and the order number and we will provide further assistance.
